Welcome to DingYao International Advisory Ltd. ("DingYao Advisory"). By accessing this website or
using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these
Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services & Role Definition
We integrate cross-border investment resources between APAC and South Africa. To ensure
professionalism and compliance, our ecosystem roles are defined as follows:
- DingYao Advisory: Acts as the APAC Marketing Hub and primary consultation
window. Responsible for market intelligence, investment assessment, and client relationship
management.
- Crestline Advisory: Acts as the local South African fulfillment manager.
Responsible for immigration law consulting, bank account opening assistance, and executing
authorized tasks on behalf of the client.
- CanvasCrest Properties: Acts as the real estate developer and contractor.
Responsible for construction, inspection, and property transfer.
- Standard Bank: Acts as the financial custodian. Responsible for safeguarding
client investment funds.
2. Investment Risk Disclosure
Cross-border real estate and financial investments involve multiple risks. Investors should evaluate
carefully:
- Market Risk: Property prices and rental yields may fluctuate with market
supply/demand and economic conditions. Historical data and projected returns provided by us are
for reference only and do not guarantee future performance.
- Exchange Rate Risk: Investments involve currency exchange between South African
Rand (ZAR) and USD/TWD. Fluctuations may affect final asset value.
- Policy Risk: Changes in local South African laws, tax, or immigration policies
may impact investor rights. We strive to provide the latest information but assume no liability
for policy changes.
3. Fund Handling & Authorization
To ensure fund security, we strictly adhere to the following principles:
- No Direct Fund Handling: DingYao Advisory does not collect any property
payments or investment principal. All funds must be transferred directly by the investor to
their own account at Standard Bank or a designated attorney trust account.
- Authorized Disbursement: Investors must sign a Power of Attorney (POA)
authorizing Crestline Advisory to instruct bank payments based on contract milestones (e.g.,
construction progress). Crestline has no right to misappropriate funds.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, charts, trademarks, logos, and web
design, is the intellectual property of DingYao Advisory or its licensors. Unauthorized
reproduction, modification, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Privacy Protection
We value your privacy. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, please
refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these Terms of Service, and any disputes related thereto, shall
be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of litigation, both parties
agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taichung District Court, Taiwan.
